• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Experience in full set accounts, consolidation, and financial reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Familiar with SQL Accounting System would be an advantage.

• Good command of Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (verbal and written).

Job Summary

Responsible for managing accounting and financial reporting functions for KHK Plantation Group of Companies, including preparation of management accounts, consolidation, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, tax compliance, and financial analysis. The role supports effective financial planning, operational performance, and strategic decision-making through accurate and timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts for KHK Plantation Group of Companies.

• Handle financial reporting, account closing, and ensure accuracy of financial records.

• Assist in treasury functions, including cash flow monitoring and payment processing.

• Prepare tax-related information and liaise with tax consultants on tax computation matters.

• Prepare consolidated accounts for KHK Plantation Group.

• Prepare cash flow forecast, budget, and budgetary control reports.

• Prepare MBRS submission and ensure compliance with SSM requirements.

• Prepare sales analysis and plantation KPI reports for management review.

• Ensure compliance with Stamp Duty Self-Assessment System and e-Invoice requirements.

• Perform bank reconciliation, supplier reconciliation, and other accounting.
