Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field.
3 to 5 years' experience in Malaysia's online food-delivery industry; fast-food or F&B chain experience is strongly preferred.
Proven hands-on track record with GrabFood, foodpanda and/or ShopeeFood, driving order growth and improving store ranking.
Solid P&L and margin-control experience with strong, data-driven decision-making.
A confident negotiator able to independently close platform deals.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to grow online traffic and sales across GrabFood, foodpanda and ShopeeFood, including festive and mega-sale campaigns.
Take full ownership of the delivery segment's profit and loss, controlling commission, ad spend, delivery subsidy and promotion costs while protecting margins.
Serve as the key account contact for all major delivery platforms, negotiating commission rates, exposure, ad slots and co-investment, and securing exclusive campaigns.
Standardise delivery operations across outlets and work with marketing, product, supply chain and store teams on new-product and combo launches to drive sales.
