• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in IT support is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of Windows Server, Networking and Microsoft 365.

• Willing to travel to customer sites.

• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Responsible, punctual and a good team player.

Experience or exposure in any of the following:

• Synology NAS

• VMware / Hyper-V

• Microsoft 365

• VPN & Firewall

• Cloud Backup

• AutoCount

• SQL Server

• Cybersecurity

• AI productivity tools

• Provide onsite and remote IT technical support.

• Install and configure PCs, laptops, printers and network devices.

• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365 and business application issues.

• Setup and maintain servers, NAS, backup and virtualization solutions.

• Configure routers, VPN, Wi-Fi and basic firewall settings.

• Assist customers with cloud backup and cybersecurity solutions.

• Document completed work and update service reports.

• Work closely with our Business Office and Software Support Team to ensure excellent customer service.
