MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Responsible for providing daily operational support with core requirements of the role including receipt of goods, putaway, picking, packing and presentation of customer orders with efficiency and accuracy.

MAIN RESONSIBILITIES:

•Facilitate all inward stock movements, processing timely and accurate receipts from Suppliers.

•Accurately undertake and process all outbound stock transactions as required for the recipient, following company procedures, and using IT systems where appropriate.

•Induct, replenish, pick and pack goods in an efficient, timely and safe manner.

•Actively maintain and improve housekeeping throughout working hours ensuring that stored goods are kept tidily and in the correct place in accordance with company procedures.

•Support with regular stock take activity, ensuring inventory accuracy and reducing operational waste.

•Support where required to the production of essential transit accompanying documentation, using business systems to produce essential documentation including packing lists and commercial invoices.

•Adhere to all regulatory requirements within operational processes including appropriately presenting, packaging, marking and segregating of outbound orders as required for distribution by road, air and sea freight.

•Ensure that with all aspects of Health & Safety policies and procedures are complied with in all daily activities.
