Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, electrical, metal, hardware, or construction-related industries.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to support communication with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
Willing to travel frequently for customer visits.
Tanggungjawab
Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and convert opportunities into sales.
Monitor customer accounts, payment status, and collections.
Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
Prepare monthly sales forecasts and sales reports.
Deliver excellent customer service through regular customer visits and follow-up.
Visit electrical wholesalers, contractors, consultants, distributors, and project owners.
Travel within the Central and Southern regions of Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor, Melaka, and Negeri Sembilan).
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
