Tanggungjawab

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's daily accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely processing of financial transactions, and compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in accounting and finance within a dynamic and supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations.

· Process invoices, payments, receipts, and maintain accurate accounting records.

· Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial and management reports.

· Monitor customer collections and supplier payments.

· Manage inventory records, stock reconciliation, and stock movement analysis.

· Perform stock, cost, and profitability analysis to support business decisions.

· Prepare and monitor cash flow reports and forecasts.

· Assist in budgeting, audit, tax, and statutory compliance matters.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.

· Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

· Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

· Minimum 1–3 years working experience in accounting or finance.

· Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation.

· Able to maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

· Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

· Able to meet deadlines and work independently.

· Knowledge and experience in inventory management and stock control.

· Ability to perform stock inventory analysis and cost analysis.

· Knowledge of cash flow management and cash flow forecasting.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
