About the role

As a Junior Electro-mechanical Engineer, you will help bring advanced mechanical and electro‑mechanical systems to life, designing precision assemblies that meet strict engineering and safety standards while ensuring manufacturability, cost awareness and compliance. You will support in integrating vacuum, motion, sensing, and power‑distribution technologies into cohesive system concepts, producing review‑ready 3D models and documentation. You’ll own configuration control in PLM, contribute to risk and FMEA activities, and drive structured problem‑solving using root‑cause and 8D methods. You will work closely with electrical, process, automation, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications & Skills

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or related Engineering field

· Understanding of pressure, flow and energy systems in technical environments

· Experience with Product Lifecycle Management and enterprise resource planning systems

· Structured problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

· Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

·       Design complete mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies and subsystems for standard applications 

·       Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing principles 

·       Ensure compliance with relevant engineering and safety standards 

·       Support system integration by understanding interfaces and dependencies

·       Integrate vacuum, motion, sensor and power distribution elements into system concepts 

·       Create review-ready 3D models, drawings and technical documentation in English 

·       Manage changes and configurations in the Product Lifecycle Management system 

·       Participate in risk assessments and Failure Mode and Effects Analyses 

·       Support structured problem-solving using root cause analysis and 8D methodology 

·       Optimize designs for manufacturing and assembly while considering cost drivers 

·       Collaborate closely with electrical, process, automation and manufacturing teams
