Kerja Sepenuh Masa Store Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Sunshine Wholesale Mart Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations of assigned retail outlets.
• Keep accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Train new staff on SOPs, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Monitor store performance and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma in Business or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and overtime when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
