Kerja Sepenuh Masa Production Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Suntone Technology (M) Johor - Maukerja

- Supervising and coordinating assembly team.

- Ensure production schedules are met.

- Product quality control.

- Enforce safety protocols and procedures.

- Train new employees.

- Identify and resolve production issues.

- Maintain accurate production records, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

- Implement 5S.

- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Qualification & Skills

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to manage and motivate a team. - Knowledge of assembly line operations and manufacturing processes. - Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations. - Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Experience with inventory management and production planning. - Proficiency in using relevant software and computer systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
