Event Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise roadshow, exhibition, and booth setup projects.

• Coordinate with the Sales Team, Production Team, and Installers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety.

• Resolve on-site issues and ensure projects are completed on time.

Prepare site progress updates and reports

Renovation Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise showroom fitting-out and renovation projects.

• Coordinate with the Sales Team, contractors, suppliers, and installers.

• Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and project timeline.

• Ensure projects are completed according to requirements and schedule.

• Prepare site progress updates and reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in event, exhibition, or booth setup is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Able to travel to project sites.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Possess a valid driving licence.
