Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 yearsof working experience intechnical support, networking, telecommunications, ISP, or system integration. Fresh graduates with strong networking knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including:
TCP/IP
DHCP
DNS
NAT
VLAN
Routing & Switching
Basic Firewall concepts
WiFi technologies (2.4GHz / 5GHz / WiFi 6)
Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting wireless routers, access points, mesh WiFi systems, or 4G/5G CPE routers.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for identifying hardware, firmware, connectivity, and network-related issues.
Familiar with router management interfaces, firmware upgrades, and remote troubleshooting tools.
Experience supporting ISP broadband, home WiFi, enterprise networking, or telecommunication products is an advantage.
Able to analyze customer issues and provide technical support via phone, email, remote access, or on-site visits.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical issues to customers clearly.
Good documentation skills, including preparing technical reports, troubleshooting records, and user guides.
Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a technical support team.
Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
Willing to travel for customer support, field troubleshooting, and project implementation.
Willing to provide after-hours or on-call support when required.
Tanggungjawab
Provide technical support for WiFi routers, Mesh WiFi systems, and 4G/5G routers.
Perform device configuration, firmware upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve customer connectivity, WiFi performance, and networking issues.
Support project deployment, Proof of Concept (POC), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Escalate complex technical issues to vendors or engineering teams and follow up until resolution.
Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting reports.
Work closely with customers, project managers, and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
Assist in product evaluation, interoperability testing, and validation of new firmware releases.
