Support daily inbound and outbound logistics activities, including receiving, packing, issuing, and dispatching goods to retail outlets, B2B customers, and internal departments.

Perform data entry for all incoming and outgoing goods into the ERP system and maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.

Verify goods received and goods dispatched against supporting documents to ensure quantity and product accuracy.

Assist in monitoring inventory movements and maintain accurate stock records by updating stock receipts, transfers, dispatches, and adjustments in a timely manner.

Maintain proper filing of logistics documents, including invoices, delivery orders, packing lists, proof of delivery, and other supporting documents, ensuring document traceability and audit compliance.

Communicate with internal departments, warehouse personnel, transport providers, suppliers, and customers regarding shipment schedules, order status, and delivery arrangements.

Assist in stock count, cycle count, inventory reconciliation, and other inventory control activities as assigned.

Ensure all logistics activities are carried out in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and safety requirements.

Report any discrepancies relating to inventory, deliveries, or documentation promptly to the immediate superior for investigation and resolution.

Perform any other duties or ad hoc assignments as instructed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistics / Business Management or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Mayang, Petaling Jaya.
