Requirements
- Pendidikan minimum: SPM dan ke atas
- Pengalaman dalam perkhidmatan pelanggan dalam talian (online)
- Mahir dengan menguruskan pesanan dan menyelaraskan penghantaran Lalamove
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan penyelesaian masalah yang baik
- Teratur dan berkebolehan untuk melakukan pelbagai tugas dalam persekitaran yang pantas
- Umur antara 18 - 35 tahun
- Boleh membaca & menulis dalam Bahasa Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Manage online customer inquiries via chat, WhatsApp, or social media
- Process and arrange customer orders accurately
- Coordinate deliveries through Lalamove and other courier services
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the sales and logistics team to ensure smooth operations
