Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Administration, Business Studies, or related field

Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in administration or operations support is preferred (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Intermediate knowledge of Mathematics is required

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Highly computer literate with strong email and communication tool handling skills

A good command of English (written & spoken) is required

Mandarin proficiency and understanding of Western languages will be an added advantage

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Willing and able to work the normal working hours (2:30 PM – 11:30 PM)and winter season hours(3:30 PM – 12:30 AM), with a 1-hour meal break

Support the company’s daily administrative and operational activities

Handle general administration duties and operational coordination

Track, record, and maintain operational data accurately

Analyse data, identify errors, and perform corrections when necessary

Prepare reports and assist management with administrative support

Perform ad-hoc assignments and tasks assigned by management

Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency within the company
