• Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics, or equivalent).

• Proficient in basic English communication.

• Possess fundamental computer skills.

• Willing to work rotating shifts and support overtime as required

• Demonstrates positive work attitude, good attendance record, and strong willingness to learn.

• Support preventive maintenance, calibration, and corrective maintenance (troubleshooting and repair) for various automated and manual machinery, including equipment, tooling, fixtures, and ESD devices.

• Assist in machine and assembly workstation setup, production utilities support, safety compliance, and 5S implementation.

• Coordinate vendor activities, including service support, spare parts sourcing, and procurement.

• Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules, route work assignments, and perform work order transactions and closure in the Oracle EAM system.

• Support new equipment installation and assembly line setup for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.

• Perform data collection and documentation, machine buyoff, and provide support for process development, engineering activities, and overall manufacturing maintenance operations.
