Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience, preferably in the F&B, restaurant or hospitality industry.

• At least 3 years of managerial experience.

• Proven experience managing procurement for multiple outlets or brands.

• Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors.

• Good knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.

• Experience in logistics planning and distribution management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems or procurement software.

• Able to travel between outlets, warehouses and supplier locations when required.

Job Summary

The Procurement Manager is responsible for leading the overall procurement and supply chain function to ensure uninterrupted operations across all brands and outlets. This role focuses on sourcing quality products at competitive prices, maintaining strong supplier relationships, forecasting procurement needs, managing warehouse and inventory operations, and ensuring cost efficiency while meeting company standards.

The Procurement Manager shall work closely with Operations, Kitchen, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, and Brand Teams to ensure the right products are delivered to the right outlet at the right time and at the right cost.
