Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelandWord.

  • Basic knowledge of data entry, document processing, and filing management.

  • Experience using internal systems, ERP systems, or third-party platforms is an added advantage.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data, documents, invoices, and reports.

  • Ability to verify and cross-check information such as delivery instructions, inventory balances, and HS codes.

  • Good organizational and record-management skills for both physical and electronic documentation.

Tanggungjawab

1. System usage : HTMY Internal system, 3rd party system

- To Input data, issue draft of documents & upload file into system.

- To be check and confirm by HTMY associate before submit/ apply

- Check Inventory balance in GATES if Sales Realize posting error.

- To check HS code information in HS CODE Portal vs HS code control sheet

2. Microsoft Office: Excel file / Words

- Checking the delivery instruction (DI) received from customer.

- To issue Draft documents in Excel for Delivery Order (DO), POD Details,

- Data entry for updating data in invoice control sheet

- Key in & prepare draft document of Draft Sales Contract (SC) and related documents processing

- Prepare Invoice Cover Summary report.

3. Process Hardcopy documents & Filing

- To print hardcopy documents delivery order to customer & scan POD received from customer.

- To courier documents & parcel to customers or supplier

- To do filing of hardcopy documents received

- To key in data into related system upon hardcopy documents received

-Prepare courier summary report.

4. Out of office task : On Site Activity with document preparation

- to attend & participate in Stock count in warehouse & customer premise

- to attend & participate in RC count in warehouse & customer premise

5. Others

- To receive & distribute documents from courier

- To take care of office cleanliness & tidiness
