Kelayakan

  • Minimum Diploma/ Advanced/ Degree holders or its equivalent

  • At least 2 year working experience in manufacturing environment

  • Good supervision and leadership skills

  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Tanggungjawab

  • Establishment of organizing, leading and controlling of all activities within the production function

  • Efficient collaboration and coordination a crossed all departments

  • Supervise overall production processes to ensure the KPI, capacity, quality. Efficiency & Productivity objectives are being achieved

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting in maintaining continuous operations

  • Monitor daily reporting, update and prepare reports, flow diagrams and charts on
