Job Description

• Conduct field visits to residential and commercial premises.

• Handle debt recovery activities for assigned accounts.

• Deliver reminder letters and bills to customer premises.

• Collect and update customer information, including new contact numbers and addresses.

• Provide daily visitation updates and reports.

• Undertake other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Primary/Secondary School/SPM qualification.

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.

• Possess a valid B2 motorcycle licence.

• Familiar with using Google Forms.

• Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to perform field visits independently.

• Able to start work immediately.

• Candidates with field collection or recovery experience are encouraged to apply and may negotiate their salary based on experience.

• Visit assigned customer locations to carry out field visits and debt recovery.

• Deliver reminder letters and bills professionally.

• Obtain and record updated customer information during field visits.

• Submit visitation reports using Google Forms.

• Participate in Cash Campaign activities during customer visits.

• Maintain good communication and provide excellent customer service while performing field duties.
