Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience is preferred.
Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Good communication skills in English. Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage.
Well-organized, responsible, and able to multitask.
Good attention to detail with strong time management skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Tanggungjawab
Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other office documents.
Maintain proper filing of both physical and digital records.
Answer phone calls, emails, and handle general office enquiries.
Assist in coordinating deliveries, couriers, and office logistics.
Support the Operations and Finance departments with daily administrative tasks.
Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well organized.
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report compilation.
Perform other ad hoc administrative duties assigned by Management.
