• Possess minimum Diploma, Bachelor's degree in any related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years related working experience.

• Experience in using ERP software (Added advantage).

• Experience in directing and supervising production personnel (Added advantage).

• Languages required: English, Bahasa Malaysia.

• Skills required: Basic skills in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor (frame design) and Microsoft office.

• High sense of responsibility.

• Good in teamwork, interpersonal and communication skill.

• Sharp attention to details in identifying defects and problems.

• Highly committed-Able to work overtime to meet production schedules.

• Self-driven- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Result-oriented- Commited to getting things done in proper and timely manner.

Material Planning And Control

• Develop, plan and execute an effective material preparation schedule to ensure consistenty and sufficiency supply of materials for production in order to minimize idle time.

• Coordinate closely with production material preparation, purchasing team to fullfill material requirements and optimize inventory levels.

• Establish constant communication with every department to evaluate effectiveness of material schedules planned, identify issues as well as making recommendations to resolve problems and improve production processes effectively.

• Prepare and maintain material requirement input documents such as Bill Of Material (BOM), material pick up list and all documentations regarding material preparation.

• Assist and support in preparation of technical drawings.

• Perform any other related jobs assigned by Superior from time to time.

B. Resource Allocation

• Plan, execute and monitor the allocation of labours, machineries, tools, equipments and other related resources to maximize productivity and ensure smooth operations.

• Observe, learn and equipped with basic machineries, tools and equipments operating knowledges.

C. Reporting

• Prepare, maintain and update daily, weekly and montly reports.

• Study, analyze, compare and evaluate between actual and forecast of material and resource planning.

• Foster continuous improvement by reviewing material planning regulary and make necessary adjustments in response to production issues, performance metrics and changing conditions.
