  • Coordinate with vendors and manage purchase orders.

  • Issue software licenses and subscriptions.

  • Handle billing, costing coordination, and related inquiries.

  • Coordinate with the Finance department on operational matters.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation and e-filing records.

  • Provide backup support for logistics/inventory coordination activities when needed.
