Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM qualification or above.

  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience is preferred.

  • Experience in the beauty, skincare, aesthetic, or related industry is an added advantage.

  • Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.

  • Possess a valid driving license and own transport.

  • Willing to travel (outstation) regularly for outdoor client visits.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Responsible, positive attitude, and eager to learn.

  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).

Tanggungjawab

  • Proactively identify and acquire new beauty salon, spa, aesthetic clinic, and other B2B customers to expand the company's customer base.

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, walk-in visits, networking, referrals, and other business development activities.

  • Conduct regular outdoor client visits to introduce and promote the company's professional and luxury imported skincare brands.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly sales and new account acquisition targets.

  • Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable product solutions.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, negotiate, and close sales professionally.

  • Build long-term relationships with newly acquired customers by providing excellent customer service and after-sales support.

  • Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and payment collections when required.

  • Work closely with the Customer Service, Warehouse, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

  • Gather market feedback, monitor competitors, and identify new business opportunities.

  • Participate in product training, exhibitions, roadshows, and company events when required.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and submit regular sales reports.

  • Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
