Full Time Warehouse Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in M & N Furniture Trading Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

At least 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably with supervisory experience.

Willing to perform both supervisory and hands-on warehouse duties.

Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting when required.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel and inventory systems).

Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Supervise and lead the warehouse team in daily operations.

Assist with receiving, unloading, loading, picking, packing, and arranging stock when required.

Ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.

Coordinate daily delivery schedules and ensure orders are prepared on time.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards.

Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and work performance.

Train and guide warehouse staff to ensure compliance with company SOPs.

Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues.

Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Perform hands-on warehouse duties and support the team whenever necessary.
