ob Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day human resource functions of the Recovery Centre, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. The role ensures the centre maintains a qualified, compassionate, and professional workforce committed to providing quality care to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
- Prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Ensure all employee records and credentials are complete before commencement.

Employee Relations
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
- Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.
- Support disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies.
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality of all employee information.
Payroll & Benefits
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
- Administer employee leave, medical claims, insurance, and other benefits.
- Liaise with finance regarding payroll and statutory contributions.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
Performance Management
- Coordinate annual and probation performance evaluations.
- Support managers in setting employee performance goals.
- Monitor probation confirmations and appraisal schedules.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace health and safety regulations, and internal policies.
- Maintain licenses, certifications, and employee compliance documentation where applicable.
- Support audits and accreditation requirements.
General HR Support
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience; experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or recovery services is an advantage.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
