• Report directly to the Senior Sales Manager.
• Handle all wedding enquiries and sales leads on a daily basis.
• Follow up promptly with prospective wedding clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Conduct wedding consultations and venue show rounds for potential couples.
• Prepare and present wedding packages, proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Assist couples in planning and coordinating all aspects of their wedding events at the resort.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of venue availability, wedding packages, and pricing.
• Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of wedding events.
• Ensure all wedding event orders and function details are distributed to the respective departments at least 10 days before the event date.
• Attend wedding rehearsals, wedding functions, and VIP events hosted by the resort when required.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and obtain feedback from wedding clients after each event.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on wedding industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Participate in wedding fairs, bridal exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities to generate new business opportunities.
• Assist in developing and implementing wedding marketing campaigns and promotional packages.
• Maintain accurate records of wedding enquiries, bookings, and client communications.
• Ensure all confirmed wedding bookings are properly handed over and communicated to the operations team for execution.
• Support the achievement of wedding revenue targets and contribute to the overall success of the resort's sales objectives.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
