1.0 Job Responsibilities

• Organize 5S and inspection checks
• Manage and organize inventory
• Conduct daily cycle counting
• Verify and count inbound stock
• Sort products by project and shipping destination, placing packed products in designated warehouse locations
• Coordinate with the business team to verify shipping quantities, addresses, and packaging details.
• Log into the ERP system and synchronize shipping information to the MES system using the shipment order number provided by the business team
• Prepare goods, notify the quality team for verification, and use a PDA scanner for shipment processing.
• Provide a packing list for shipped products
• Print and attach shipping documents and logistics labels provided by the business & customs teams to the outer cartons
• Open release orders based on the number of shipped items
• Notify security to verify shipment quantity against the release order and proceed with dispatch
• Approve the OA electronic workflow for shipment and upload the packing list
• Other additional work tasks or additional roles assigned by the superior

2.0 Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and related software
• Knowledge of inventory management best practices, with experience in conducting cycle counts and audits
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, with the ability to enforce safety protocols
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required during warehouse operations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
• Strong commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in warehouse operations

3.0 Job Authorities

• Lead the shift crew in performing daily operational activities
• Verify and authorize document checklists related to the operational area
• Assign tasks to subordinate employees to support operational activities
• Provide training and assign buddies to newly joined employees
• Encourage team members to share input on process, safety, and 5S-related improvements
• Operate a forklift upon obtaining an official license
• Act as the next-level lead and supervise overall operations when the Supervisor is on leave
• Access and manage system applications related to overall inventory operations

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
