Kerja Sepenuh Masa Operation - Maintenance (O-M) Technician – Solar Plant, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di Jentayu Capital Kedah - Maukerja

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Technician to support the daily operation and maintenance of our solar power plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the plant operates safely, efficiently, and at optimal performance through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection, operation, and preventive maintenance of the solar PV plant and associated electrical equipment.
• Monitor plant performance and identify any abnormalities or faults.
• Troubleshoot and rectify electrical, mechanical, and communication system issues.
• Conduct corrective maintenance and coordinate repairs when required.
• Inspect and maintain inverters, transformers, switchgear, combiner boxes, SCADA systems, and other plant equipment.
• Record daily operational data, maintenance activities, and equipment status.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond promptly to plant breakdowns and emergency situations.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers during maintenance activities.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in solar PV operation and maintenance, power plants, or electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, MV/LV electrical systems, and SCADA is an advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical switchgear systems, including LV and MV switchgear operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Able to read electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Possess troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
• Candidates with Chargeman (A4/BO) or relevant electrical competency certificates will have an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
