Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Minimum 2-4+ years of relevant working experience.

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Administration, Management, Corporate Governance, or a related field.

  • Strong executive support skills, including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, email management, and correspondence drafting.

  • Experience handling confidential documents and organizing corporate events or business functions.

  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills and the ability to follow up on executive action items.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word) and Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with electronic document management systems, board management software, and video conferencing platforms.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.

  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

  • Professional, proactive, responsible, and accountable with strong follow-through.

  • Willing to support executives in both business and administrative functions as required.

  • Required to cover both Seremban HQ and Selangor Office

Tanggungjawab

  • Maintain and manage executives' calendars, appointments, and schedules.

  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries.

  • Coordinate meetings and prepare all related arrangements.

  • Manage executive emails and correspondence.

  • Draft letters, reports, and other business documents.

  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information.

  • Organize corporate events and business functions.

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.

  • Prepare and monitor expense claims and reports.

  • Follow up on tasks and action items assigned by management.

  • Take and distribute accurate meeting minutes.

  • Assist the CEO and CFO with daily administrative and operational matters.

  • Ensure assignments are carried out properly and completed within deadlines.

  • Provide administrative support to senior management.
