2–3 years of social media management experience preferred; XiaoHongShu experience is a strong advantage

Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written

Solid copywriting skills with a good understanding of user insights and social media trends

Proficient in content shooting and basic editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, Photoshop, Canva)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage timelines and coordinate across multiple stakeholders

Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to take on new challenges

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients — receive briefs, align on timelines, manage expectations, and provide regular progress updates

Develop monthly content calendars, write compelling Xiaohongshu copy (titles, notes, hashtags), and adapt tone and style to suit each brand’s identity

Plan and execute content shoots (mobile or camera), capture photos and videos, coordinate with content creators, and handle basic post-production editing

Upload and schedule Xiaohongshu posts, apply accurate tags and labels, and continuously optimise content based on performance data

Track key performance metrics, compile weekly analytics reports, and translate data insights into actionable content improvements

Manage community engagement by responding to comments and inbox messages, follow up on client concerns, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
