5. Mandarin speakers, come through! You'll be chatting with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Jump into new product development – turn ideas into menu hits, and give our classics a fresh twist

2. Be our food trend scout – keep an eye on what's hot and what's next in the market

3. Own the food cost game – smart spending, maximum impact

4. Handle daily ordering of food and supplies like a pro

5. Keep inventory on point – organized, tracked, zero chaos

6. Run a tight ship in the kitchen – clean, hygienic, always SOP/SOC ready

7. Stay in the know on promos and new menu items – be the go-to person

8. Make sure supplies, equipment and work areas are all safety compliant, no shortcuts

9. Cut down food wastage by nailing those measurements – waste not, want not

10. Keep leveling up your skills through training and help train up the junior kitchen crew too

11. Stick to company policies and procedures – we're all about doing things right
