Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Malaysian occupational safety and health regulations at the project site.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Enforce safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and records.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and site inductions.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities on safety matters.

Requirements:

• Valid Yellow Book (Site Safety Supervisor) certification is mandatory.
• Experience in construction site safety supervision is preferred.
• Good knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety regulations.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Based in or willing to work in Melaka.
• Candidates who can start immediately will have an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
