Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

  • No experience required; training will be provided.

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook).

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Physically fit and able to handle stock movement when required.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Tanggungjawab

  • Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks.

  • Maintain accurate records, filing, and data entry.

  • Prepare and organize documents, invoices, and reports.

  • Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records.

  • Receive, check, and organize incoming stock and supplies.

  • Prepare and issue stock according to outlet or department requests.

  • Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.

  • Ensure the storeroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments when necessary.

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
