Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education Management, Beauty/Aesthetic Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in academic administration, education management, training centre operations, or related administrative roles.

  • Experience in a beauty academy, vocational college, training centre, or education industry will be an added advantage.

  • Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Excel, and basic administrative systems.

  • Able to work independently and follow up on tasks responsibly.

  • Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred, as the role may require communication with Mandarin-speaking students and parents.


Tanggungjawab

Key Responsibilities

Team Monitoring & Operations

  • Lead and monitor the team to ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeline.

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Coordinate the college's related activities.

  • Ensure team members follow company procedures and maintain proper work standards.

  • Assist management in improving academic operations, reporting systems, and internal processes.

Compliance & Licensing

  • Maintain and monitor company permits, licenses, academic records, and compliance documents.

  • Ensure all the college's documentation follows company requirements and regulatory standards.

  • Support the preparation of documents required for audits, inspections, renewals, and compliance matters.

Tutor & Internal Coordination

  • Support academic staff with administrative matters when required.

  • Support communication between tutors, students, parents, and internal departments on academic or administrative matters.

  • Assist the academic team when necessary to ensure documents and reports are submitted on time.
