Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and manage over 2000 user’s environment.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the computer centre, ensuring systems are functioning properly.

Designing, deploying, and managing servers, storage systems, and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN).

Enforcing security frameworks, managing firewalls, endpoint protection, and conducting vulnerability assessments.

Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings.

Maintain inventory of IT equipment and recommend upgrades when necessary.

Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and procedures.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and support.

Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, and improvements.
