Kelayakan

  • Minimum qualification: SPM / Higher Secondary or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of experience in F&B outlet or restaurant management

  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Fluency in Mandarin is preferred due to customer interaction and reporting needs)

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Proactive, responsible, and passionate about the F&B industry

  • Must be willing to work in SUNWAY VELOCITY

  • Develop, lead, and manage the outlet team toward consistent improvement

  • Provide hands-on training and monitor staff performance to uplift service standards

  • Promote and explain new menu items to enhance guest satisfaction

  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a positive experience

  • Share innovative ideas to help increase outlet sales and team performance

  • Collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations
