Kelayakan
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience managing major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopify, and Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, CRM, social media, influencer/KOL marketing, affiliate marketing, and live commerce.
- Commercially driven with strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-
- Experience in the FMCG, healthcare, beauty, or consumer products industry will be an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- Own and drive e-commerce revenue, profitability, budgeting, sales forecasting, and digital growth strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital sales channels including Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopify, Meta, and other online platforms to maximize performance and ROI.
- Develop and execute pricing, promotional, campaign, and bundling strategies while ensuring healthy channel management.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media, SEO, CRM, influencer/KOL campaigns, TikTok affiliates, live commerce, and brand-building activities to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Lead, coach, and develop the E-Commerce and Social Media team, setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key business metrics, including sales performance, profitability, platform performance, and customer retention, providing regular reports to management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Management to deliver business goals and ensure seamless execution.
