Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and enhance customer engagement across all touchpoints.
In this role, you will leverage consumer insights to develop impactful marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable business results while ensuring brand consistency.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or a related marketing role.
Mandatory experience in the F&B industry.Candidates from aQuick Service Restaurant (QSR) background will be highly preferred.
Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders and headquarters.
Proven experience managing end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong digital marketing expertise, including content creation, social media management, and paid social media advertising.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for design, branding, and visual aesthetics.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute consumer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Build compelling brand narratives and ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, in-store, and other consumer touchpoints.
Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies and messaging.
Collaborate with operations and internal stakeholders to create engaging marketing content and customer experiences.
Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, budgets, and performance metrics (KPIs).
Liaise with the brand's headquarters to ensure alignment with global brand strategies and campaign objectives.
Monitor, evaluate, and report campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Represent the voice of the customer by identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and brand experience.
