Assist customers with product selection, promotions, and inquiries.

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.

Train, coach, and motivate team members.

Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and stock counts.

Handle customer complaints professionally.

Maintain store cleanliness, security, and visual merchandising standards.

Support sales and marketing campaigns.
