Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full set accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Handle full set of accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Perform monthly closing activities and ensure timely preparation of financial reports.

Prepare management accounts, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and financial schedules.

Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and account adjustments.

Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, and payables.

Perform financial analysis and provide insights on business performance, cost trends, and profitability.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Analyze monthly financial variances and provide reports to management.

Support internal and external audit processes.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and financial policies.

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Assist with ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as assigned by management.
