Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Agriculture, Engineering, Aviation, Drone Technology, or a related field.

Valid Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) or relevant drone operation certification is an advantage.

Experience operating agricultural spraying drones is preferred.

Basic knowledge of pesticides, fertilizers, crop protection, and plantation practices is an advantage.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and uneven terrain.

Able to travel between plantation sites when required.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Physically fit and able to carry drone equipment and batteries.

Possess a valid Class D driving licence.

Operate agricultural drones for pesticide, fungicide, foliar fertilizer, and nutrient spraying across durian plantations.

Perform aerial surveys, crop health monitoring, and plantation mapping using drone imaging technology.

Plan and execute flight missions according to operational requirements, weather conditions, and safety regulations.

Conduct pre-flight inspections, calibration, battery management, and post-flight maintenance of drones and related equipment.

Maintain accurate flight logs, chemical usage records, and operational reports.

Identify crop issues such as pest infestations, disease symptoms, nutrient deficiencies, and irrigation concerns through aerial observation.

Coordinate with plantation managers and field workers to ensure spraying schedules and operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, environmental standards, and applicable aviation regulations.

Troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.

Assist with the adoption and implementation of new drone technologies to improve plantation productivity.
