• High school diploma or equivalent; formal education in veterinary assisting is a plus. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Passion for Animals, genuine love and empathy for animals and their well-being.

• Effective verbal and written communication.

• Ability to collaborate and work well with a diverse team

• Physical Stamina, comfortable withstanding for long periods and lifting/moving animals when necessary.

• Adaptability, willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic work environment.

• Attention to detail, keen observation skills and attention to the needs of both animals and clients.

• Professionalism, Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

• Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and other medical procedures.
