Location: Petaling Jaya
Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable based on performance, attendance & discipline)
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM4,000 – RM4,500
Language Allowance: RM300
Perfect Attendance Allowance: RM150
Working Hours
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
2 rotational off days per week
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification.
At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
Good written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to read, write, and understand Mandarin.
Suitable for candidates with experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, procurement operations, or administrative support , especially those familiar with handling purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and IT asset procurement
Tanggungjawab
Job Responsibilities
Procure computers, hardware peripherals, and software.
Review supply requests and purchase orders for new IT assets.
Coordinate with IT Procurement team to resolve request discrepancies.
Create Requisition Orders (RO), Purchase Requisitions (PR), and Purchase Orders (PO).
Issue PO to vendors and copy the IT Procurement (HQ) team.
Track PR/RO until PO is issued using the shared SharePoint tracker.
