Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

5-10 years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or related roles.

Industry Expertise: Mandatory experience in the F&B industry. Candidates with Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) backgrounds will be highly prioritized.

Language: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required to coordinate with regional stakeholders and HQ.

Proven ability to manage multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through execution.

Strong digital marketing background with experience in creating, posting & boosting contents on various social media platforms.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Creative & has a keen eye for good visuals

Develop and execute consumer marketing strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Develop compelling brand narratives and maintain a consistent brand image across all consumer-facing channels and campaigns.

Lead & execute cross-functional campaigns across digital, social, email, in-store, and other channels.

Utilize consumer insights, market trends, and analytics to inform messaging, positioning, and targeting.

Partner with operations teams to develop compelling content and customer experiences.

Own and manage marketing calendars, budgets, and campaign KPIs.

Manage relationships with brand’s headquarters to ensure alignment with brand strategy and campaign goals.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Champion the voice of the customer within the organization.
