Minimum 3 years teaching experience (4–12 years old)

Minimum 2 years parent communication experience

TL / management experience is an advantage

Has mature communication skills

Is emotionally stable, responsible & professional

Can independently handle on-ground situations

Has leadership potential & team coordination ability

Is willing to continuously learn and attend internal trainings

Is proactive, detailed & strong in execution

Can take initiative and step in when needed

Can stabilize situations and support team culture

Is trusted by parents and dependable during challenges

Conduct 1-to-1 teaching sessions (Mandarin, English and BM) for children aged 4–12 years old

Build strong and professional relationships with parents

Provide progress updates and communicate students’ learning needs effectively

Support daily center operations and ensure smooth classroom flow

Assist in handling on-ground situations, scheduling & coordination matters

Support teachers and help maintain a positive team culture

Observe students’ emotional, behavioral & learning needs closely

Ensure students feel emotionally safe, supported & motivated during classes

Maintain high teaching quality and classroom standards

Assist in training, guiding and supporting junior teachers when needed

Handle parent inquiries and provide professional consultation support

Work closely with management to improve center systems, operations & student experience

Uphold the center’s culture, values and educational vision
