Kelayakan

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales, tele-sales, customer service, or inside sales.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.

  • Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital platforms.

  • Organized and able to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.

  • Self-driven, proactive, and sales-oriented mindset.

Tanggungjawab

1. Lead Handling & Customer Enquiries

  • Respond promptly to all inbound enquiries.

  • Engage potential customers professionally and guide them towards making a booking.

2. Sales Conversion

  • Actively convert enquiries into confirmed sales for Corporate team building programs, Birthday parties & etc.

  • Follow up consistently with leads who have shown interest but have not confirmed.

3. Lead Management & CRM

  • Record all customer enquiries and follow-ups in the company’s tracking system or CRM.

  • Maintain organized sales records.

4. Proposal & Quotation Support

  • Prepare quotations, event proposals, and booking confirmations for customers.

  • Assist the sales manager in preparing proposals for corporate clients.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with repeat customers.

  • Conduct post-event follow-ups to encourage repeat bookings.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional games, event add-ons, or packages.

6. Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.

  • Ensure all booking details are accurately communicated to the outlet team.

7. Reporting & Sales Tracking

  • Update daily sales activities & keeping track of leads.

  • Maintain visibility of sales pipeline and report progress to the Sales Manager.
