2. At least 1 year of procurement-related work experience

3. Familiar with relevant policies and regulations;

4. Basic knowledge of machinery and manufacturing (ability to read mechanical drawings preferred);

5. Familiar with procurement management

Job Description:
We are looking for a Procurement Engineer to manage material procurement, supplier relations, and warehouse operations to ensure timely and high-quality supply for research and production projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute material procurement and warehouse management.

• Develop and track department and individual monthly work plans.

• Assist in formulating procurement, supplier management, and internal departmental systems.

• Monitor international and domestic market trends and pricing.

• Prepare medium, long-term, and annual procurement plans and budgets.

• Conduct supplier bidding, inquiries, negotiations, and contract reviews.

• Design and maintain safety stock levels.

• Handle returns, exchanges, and payment follow-ups.

• Implement bulk material hedging strategies.

• Evaluate and manage supplier performance and maintain supplier information systems.
