• Primary Requirement:

  • Having knowledge about beauty brands and products.

  • Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin and English/Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Having related background such as Business Management / Marketing / Publicity Relation.

  • At least 2 years of experience in relevant industry, fresh graduates are welcome.

  • Responsible and work well in team.

Business Development

• Identify and approach potential resellers, retailers, and distributors across Malaysia.

• Expand B2B distribution network for beauty and contact lens products.

• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
  

Account Management

• Manage existing reseller accounts and ensure continuous sales growth.

• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.

• Support product launches and promotional campaigns.

• Monitor customer performance and identify upselling opportunities.
  

Market Development

• Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

• Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.

• Recommend potential new markets and reseller segments.
  

Sales Administration

• Maintain accurate sales records and customer database.

• Prepare weekly sales pipeline and activity reports.

• Achieve monthly sales and reseller acquisition targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer support.
