Ability to communicate and write proficiently in English and Mandarin.
At least 1 year of experience in sales coordination or administrative support (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Positive working attitude, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work well in a team and support sales operations smoothly.
Tanggungjawab
Coordinate and liaise daily with principals, suppliers, and internal sales teams.
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and related documents accurately.
Maintain sales records, customer information, and product pricing databases.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and after-sales inquiries.
Ensure smooth communication flow between customer, sales team, and operations.
Assist in monitoring sales progress and track order status to meet deadlines.
Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing sales activities.
Handle general customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
