Certificate or Diploma in Tool & Die, Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.

Diploma fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

Candidates with exposure to machining, tooling, die maintenance, or precision engineering will have an added advantage.

Possess own transport and able to travel to the workplace.

Willing to work on a rotating 2-shift schedule.

5 days week with 2 shifts (Sat & Sun off days but OT on weekends is possible too)

• Morning 7am – 5pm

• Afternoon 5.30pm – 3.30am

Able to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety and quality standards.

Undergo training to operate Profile Grinding machines and related precision machining equipment.

Manufacture, repair, and rework die and tooling components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Perform machine setup, basic maintenance, and routine housekeeping to ensure a safe and organized work environment.

Conduct dimensional and visual inspections to ensure parts meet quality requirements.

Support daily production targets while maintaining product quality and operational efficiency.

Troubleshoot minor machining or tooling issues and escalate when necessary.

Assist in process improvement activities to enhance productivity, quality, and delivery performance.

Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
